Extensive and sensational breakfasts, the stay was very pleasant!

The rooms were modern with a double bed with very comfy beds. The service was good, no complaints. I was there before and would stay here again and again.

The staff at Unahotels made our stay truly enjoyable. Despite some minor issues with the lighting in our room, they were quick to address and resolve the problem. We also appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, just a short taxi ride or walk away from the train and bus stations. Whether you're using Florence as a base to explore the region or simply looking for a comfortable stay, Unahotels is a great choice.

The staff were excellent and it made our stay there enjoyable as compared to Una Rome. The breakfast was also very good and full of different choices.

€6 an hour for wifi is unreasonable in this day and age where you can even get free wifi in some buses! A few housekeeping issues worth mentioning as well, we had ro ring for more toilet roll within an hour of getting in the room as there was a three quarter used roll when we got in and things like slippers had to be requested specifically.

The location is perfect, allowing you to easily explore the city on foot or drive out for day trips. The interior of the hotel is truly unique and gives off a special vibe. From the interesting seats scattered around to the quirky pictures on the doors, it really adds to the overall experience. The staff were amazing, they were all polite, helpful, and spoke excellent English. The barman deserves a special mention for his outstanding service. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, offering a good variety of options to start your day.

The rooms are in need of some love and attention, especially the bathrooms which feel tired. It would have been great if there was air conditioning in the rooms as it can get quite hot.

Stylish hotel, the breakfast is satisfactory, lovely location close to the shops. The staff are caring and excellent, managed the parking on site. Classic queen room is romantic, has a huge bathroom. There are lots of supplies like: a mini bar fridge, an air conditioning, and a personal safe;))

everything was perfectly fine, unbeatable location just off the historical center and downtown, excellent staff. the room was new-fashioned and well-appointed with good facilities, i had a good rest.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, away from the busy city center but still close enough to easily access all the attractions and local transport. The hotel had a lovely garden area with comfortable garden furniture, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service and making me feel right at home. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. Additionally, the hotel offered a wide range of services including room service, car hire, and laundry, making my stay even more convenient.

THe hotel was located in a nice area and surroundings just outside the hustle and bustle of Florence. The hotel had great restaurants close by and was only a short walk from all the sites that Florence has to offer.

The ultra modern design of the hotel interior provided an interesting contrast to the renaissance style of the city. The facilities were very good, the staff were nice and helpful and the breakfast was amazing!

The cost of the parking was a little high at 20 euro per day in my opinion

Received a free upgrade with spacious room. Hotel located a bit of a distance from city center, but friendly staff provided good service. Underground parking available for 20 euros per night. Limited street parking possible.
